I specialise in a range of therapies to help with anxiety, panic, depression, sleep problems, phobias, low confidence or self esteem.
After a detailed consultation with you to understand your requirements I use a blend of these different therapies in our sessions working together to find a solution and help you reach your goals.
I usually recommend blocks of 3 – 6 sessions, ideally set a week apart to keep momentum and allow you time to practice some of the techniques from our sessions.
Below are my fees for a single session, or if you prefer you can block book 3 sessions for a discount. Payment can be made either before our session or on the day.
- Lasts around 1/2 hour. Can be on the phone or in person.

- Up to a 90 minute session. Cost per session.
Block of 3 Sessions
- Book a block of 3 sessions and save £30.
Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm
Saturday – 9am – 2pm
Sunday – by request only
